Hand-Made and Materials Disclosure 

Anni Maliki pieces are handmade with care by Anni and her team and slight variations may exist between pieces.  Pearls, wood and stones are the bounty of nature and may reflect slight variations from one piece to the next, or from the photographs on the website to the product you receive.  As a result of the handmade nature of Anni Maliki jewels, pieces should be handled with care.

 The silver we use is always, without exception, .925 pure silver or higher.  The remaining .075 parts are copper, which is necessary to make the metal workable and strong (100% pure silver is too soft for the silversmiths to work with and is easily dented or bent out of shape).  The result is a high quality sterling silver.  Please expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear.  To reduce the effect of wear, gently wipe jewelry with soft polishing cloth and store in a safe place.  We suggest storing your jewelry in plastic bags when you are not wearing them, as silver left out in the open is exposed to sulfur in the air, which causes it to tarnish. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals and please be mindful of wearing make-up near jewelry.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website, located at www.annimaliki.com. By using or purchasing any product through this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the site. We may update this Policy at our discretion and the most recent version shall be posted on this page immediately.

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out via an online form or by contact us and place “REMOVE" as the subject header.

AnniMaliki.com uses non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our site, to help diagnose problems with our site and servers, to administer our site, and to improve site-related services and features. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.), version 3.x and later, support SSL.

Shipping Policy

Annimaliki.com offers shipping via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.

** Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. USPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

* Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged and shipped via the UPS 2nd Day Service or faster, if requested.

Repair policy

Anni Maliki will replace any broken jewelry purchased through AnniMaliki.com within three months of the date of purchase if the breakage is due to faulty original craftsmanship.  In the event that the item is no longer in stock, Anni Maliki will issue a full refund within one month of the date of purchase and a full credit after one month but within three months of the date of purchase.

For replacement of items in need of repair, please place the item in its original box inside a well-cushioned package.  Please include your name, telephone number, order number and a brief description of the problem (or a copy of your receipt of purchase).  Mail the item(s) to:

For your security, we suggest that you return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Anni Maliki Designs, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

IF YOU PURCHASED ANNI MALIKI JEWELRY FROM ANOTHER RETAILER:

Please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.

Return and Exchange Policy

Anni Maliki will accept items for credit or return with full refund if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.  Refunds will include sales tax but exclude shipping charges.  Sale items are non-returnable.  If the item is no longer in stock, Anni Maliki will issue you a credit or full refund for the original value of that item.
